I had high hopes for this product, as it had come highly recommended from an Ulta employee. I was very disappointed. First of all, it's a tiny bottle, and the product puffs up into a foam, prompting one to use more in order to cover one's hair sufficiently. Most significantly, after using this conditioner and the corresponding shampoo, the palms of my hands turned brown. I had bought this in order to extend the time in between having to color my hair (using gloves, of course). I don't want to have to use gloves just to wash my hair.

I have light brown hair and wanted to add an overall auburn glow but was afraid to try permanent color. I left the color in for 3-4 minutes to really let it soak in and was thrilled with the result. My hair looked healthy and shiny and had dark auburn highlights! I think there's enough in the bottle to do this at least 10 times. LOVE IT!
