I followed the color chart for this product and got the dark brown shade which was too light, then exchanged it for the light black but it's still too light, like gray'ish. I think this product is more for eyebrows that need some fill-in instead of thin eyebrows that need to be drawn in.

I have very sparse eyebrows due to chemotherapy. The pen does not work as described to fill in areas. Since I paid a pretty price for the product I do try to use it in conjunction with another eyebrow product. Very disappointed.

I like the ease of applying this product, much easier than pencil, brush on or palletes. When I first put it on the color was a BRIGHT auburn, which scared me; but when it dries it darkens and appears more natural. It looks great (from what others have told me). It's easy to fix if you make a mistake. Now, I should say that I have full coverage brows and use this for filling in, not drawing on my brows which will have a different result.
