It cleans most of the makeup off my brushes, but the odor is rather chemically and it doesn't wash out even with extra thorough rinsing. I also noticed that I needed a lot of this product to evenly spread through the bristles of my brushes. It doesn't leave my bristles sa conditioned as using a simple solution of antibacterial dish soap and olive oil.

I didn't find this product helpful. I found I had to revert back to cleaning my brushes with baby shampoo.

I bought this brush cleaner because soap alone was not cleaning my beauty blender or my brushes well. Soap was leaving make-up residue behind. I followed the directions and went to town cleaning my beauty tools and this spray worked extremely well. It removed the residue of makeup and did not leave my brushes feeling hard or different from their natural shape. Another reviewer stated that this works the same as soap, but I disagree. Soap does not contain the right ingredients to completely remove all makeup; if it did, there would not be any point in buying makeup remover for our face. This is a good buy and very economical.
