Have only used this for a week; puffiness is no longer an issue. However, the jury is still out on the dark circles. I haven't seen any appreciable difference but it probably takes a few weeks to have any effect. I don't wake up with bags or puffiness under my eyes like I do with most eye creams, so that is a definite plus!

I have dark circles, wrinkles, puffiness, etc. I have heard so much about this product on the radio I decided to try it. I splurged, to me, it is very expensive. I have been using it faithfully twice a day for a little over a week and I don't notice any difference in my appearance. I will continue to use the product & hope to see some results soon.

I'm usually not a fan of hydroxatone products, but when I tried this I couldn't believe the difference I saw in my eye area. Lately my upper lid's have been getting droopy, and after about 2 weeks of using this morning and night, I saw a huge difference in my upper lid's, fine lines and overall hydration level. I have very dark circles, and I noticed a slight brightening with that.

This was the worst product I have ever tried. It made my eyes look WORSE than they do without any cream at all. It also burned my skin terribly.

I have been looking for an eye cream that actually works on puffiness/tired look, and this just plain out doesn't. I find that this is no better than an everyday eye cream that you can pick up for a fourth of the price. Save your time and money.
