i've used this for 2 weeks now and i've noticed considerable change in my skin! NO ACNE BREAKOUTS! even during that time of the month! i still use a gentle cleanser in the morning and this at night. i also moisturize my face after i wash it twice a day. i put some salycic acid acne treatment gel on my nose to control blackheads. PLUS ITS PARABEN AND PTHLYTES FREE!

This product works well. This cleanser does not leave my skin feeling dry or stripped and it does not clog pores. My reason for the 4 stars is that this product does not bubble up. Massage the cleanser onto your moistened face and rinse off. It does not get much easier!

Recently, I've been buying more and more Burt's Bees products because they don't test on animals and their products are a lot more natural that many others out there. Before this cleanser I was using the St. Ive's makeup remover cleanser, which was a nice product, but I find that this is MUCH better! This one smells so lovely and it lathers well, too! This will definitely be something I will continue to buy! :)

If you haven't checked - many of Burt's Bees products do NOT contain waxes. I always check labels b/c I am allergic to beeswax (I stay away from other waxes also). I have extremely dry flaky, sensitive skin and need a very moisturizing cleanser. I have found that the most gentle, moisturizing products use beeswax or another type of wax. This being a Burt's Bees product, I checked the label . This one has beeswax and thats why it claims to be so moisturizing. Go figure....

This stuff is great! It makes my skin feel nice and smooth. It really moisturizes, but my face still feels clean and soft (not greasy). I would definitely recommend this product!

I use this once a day, usually at night. I bought it because of the "intense hydration," but I found that Burt's Bees Sensitive Skin Cleanser actually does a better job at moisturizing than this line. I use alternate using the Intense Hydration cleanser and the Sensitive Skin cleanser depending on how dry my skin is, and I use the Intense Hydration night cream 1-2 times daily. My skin texture has improved dramatically- less acne, no dry skin peeling, much softer complexion.
