I have been having issues with my hair for the past year. It had gotten gummy, it was hard to comb through after shampooing, and lots of it that was gummy would pull out with my comb. The problem was that if I used some sort of conditioner to make combing easier, my hair would be limp from the softeners. I have fine hair, but a lot of it, with a slight wave. Something had damaged my hair, but no matter whether I used cheaper or salon shampoos, I still had problems. Whatever the reason, I got a sample of this shampoo with a Peter Thomas Roth skin care kit. I used it several times and immediately bought a large tube at Ulta. I couldn't be happier. My hair is easy to comb when wet, seems much healthier and really shines. It also leaves body in my hair when I style it. The shine isn't just right after shampooing (often, I've noticed shine goes away a day or two later). This seems to keep my hair shiny till my next shampoo. I'm very pleased with this product. LOVE IT!

The product packaging was defective. It arrived with moisture in the packing material. The plastic top did not open easily. Had to return without using it.

Used this amazing shampoo in a Hilton hotel 18 months ago & have been trying to find it ever since! Best shampoo I've ever used, even my stylist was Impressed when I "shared" a sample with her.
