- It Made My Hair Feel Dry
Best Uses
I ended up returning this after one use because it made my hair feel dry and lifeless. I bought it because I've had a hard time finding mousse for my color-treated (highlighted) hair. Ever since Ulta stopped carrying the Artec Kiwi line of products for colored hair, I can't find a good mousse that keeps my highlights bright and doesn't dry out my hair. I wish Ulta still carried the Artec Kiwi line!
