Use this daily with Volupt Shampoo because my hair is really thick and 30 seconds of this conditioner after the shampoo works perfect for me...
I've been using penetrait, which has really done well with my hair, but I like this better as a daily conditioner. It detangles and smells good, and its not as heavy (moisturizing) as the penetrate.

I flat iron my hair daily. I always get told by my stylist what great condition my hair is in! Soft yet not too soft to style.
