My hair feels great with this conditioner. I have dry, frizzy, wavy hair. I use a styling spray and add a few curls and my hair looks great now for 2-4 days! I just wish it came in a larger container. 8 oz is a bit small as I have long hair. I usually have to buy 2-3 at a time.
I put this product in my wet hair. I put a cap on over the my hair with the product in it. I take 5-10 min and use my blowdryer for heat. I leave it in my hair all night while I sleep and shampoo and cond in the am as usual. It helped my hair get through the worst hair nightmare you could possibly imagine!! It felt like wire and was broken like you wouldn't believe...until I found penetrait of course. I love it!!!

Best Uses
I have used protein applications on my hair to strengthen and give some extra body. Was trying to experiment with other strengthing products. I have fine, thin hair and this does not work for me. It seemed to make my hair more silky, which I need body. It also seemed to make my hair more unmanageable.
