These products can be used daily or however frequently you desire. My fine hair does not frizz or go limp with these products. Other products made my hair frizz terribly & also go limp, depending on the weather.

I have tried so many different conditioners - and my hair is so fine - this one works the best and smells wonderful!!!! I buy it again and again. Only use a tad, so lasts forever
