Nioxin Clarifying Cleanser to be used weekly, specifically formulated for all hair types. Gently neutralizes the "hard water" mineral deposits on hair, removes chlorine effect and swimmers hair. Removes styling product and other environmental build-up.Directions
Apply to wet hair. Distribute onto the scalp and hair, lathering for at least 1 minute. Rinse. Follow with appropriate Nioxin Scalp Therapy and Nioxin Scalp Treatment. Recommended Usage: Use once a week (or as needed) to remove excess or stubborn build-up.

Use every other day or so with my regular shampoo. I like the scent and gets my hair clean BUT read the ingredients, some pretty scary things in here.
