I have been using this product for a month now. The Shampoo, conditioner, and scalp therapy. More of my hair started falling out; in the shower, more when I blow dryed my hair, and throughout the day at work. I have lost more hair using this product. My hair also got very dry and poofy. This product changed my appearance for the worse. In doing research, I found that Nioxin was bought out and is now made in Mexico and the formula is not the same as it used to be and that the formula contains two harsh chemical detergents. I wish I had never bought this product. My hair looks terrible than it did before.

I like the product very much. I'm using this with pretty healthy dyed hair and it leaves my scalp feeling clean and my hair very manageable and soft. It's kind of a pain to wash my hair daily, I usually don't in the winter months. It's a little on the pricey side but on the upside it lathers REALLY well so you don't have to use so much. At this point I will continue to use it.

Followed instructions. Hair and scalp felt nice for one day. When I looked closely in the mirror the next I had a build up on my scalp that flaked of in chunks. Used it several more times and took extra care to rinse well and even tried not using the 3rd step then on another try reduces the conditioner to just the ends of my hair and still had the same problem. For the price they charge no way would I buy this brand again!

I would return this product but I threw out the receipt and packaging thinking that it may not make my hair thicker but it couldn't hurt. I was wrong.
I've been trying to use the products for a week now. The shampoo is tolerable but super drying. I need to condition with deep conditioners every other day (normally once a month). I can't use the conditioner everyday. It's even more drying but somehow manages to weigh my hair down too. I normally have pretty healthy hair and scalp but this conditioner makes my scalp itch and makes it near impossible to comb my hair. The step 3 spray makes my scalp red and blotchy. Not sure if that's the normal reaction or some type of allergic reaction. I don't have sensitive skin.
I started using this during a time when my hair was shedding by the bushels and it was noticeably thinning. Since I started using this my hair is thicker and feels great. This is all I use now. My hair looks healthy and is growing longer more quickly and there is no junk up on my scalp left over. Love this stuff!!
