Directions
Cleanser: Apply to wet hair, gently massage into scalp and hair. Lather 1 minute. Rinse thoroughly. Use daily.Scalp Therapy: After cleansing, distribute onto scalp and throughout the hair. Leave on 1-3 minutes. Rinse well. Use daily.
Scalp Treatment: Apply directly to entire scalp. Gently massage into scalp. Do not rinse. Use daily. May cause temporary redness to scalp after application.

I used the product for the first time and it was really soothing. It calmed my itchiness and took care of the flakes from the first use. It feels really cooling on your head. Works great and my hair is so soft and smooth.
Directions are easy and clear. You don"t needd to use a lot. A little goes a long way.

I am a new user of this product I've only been using for a week and half. But I can tell a difference between this shampoo and others. This doesn't weigh my hair down like other shampoos you can buy at the grocery stores. It has a minty smell to it that i like. And I get a tingly sensation on my scalp that makes me feel like its probably doing something. I noticed less hair falling out when i shower and comb my hair so that's good.

This product makes my hair look super shiny and feel super soft! I only wash my hair about once a week and the shin last until my next wash! I have also been told by others that my hair looks thicker.
