When you apply pressure to unit stops. Each time I attempted to use this item, is stopped. I was thinking I was pressing to hard, but even the lightest pressure causes it to stop. I have attempted to use it on my nails and feet, with the same results both times. If I still had the receipt I would return it.

Product was broken right out of the box. I did not exchange it as it appeared to be quite cheap and did not seem to be a good purchase.

The strength of the "spinner" was inadequate, and the product cannot be used for the intended purpose.

I was told that you could use this on your toe nails after you cut them to smooth them off. No so! Every time I tried it would stop working. Battery power is not strong enough. I returned it.

This little gizmo has no power at all. Whenever you touch one of the attachments to your nail it stops rotating. I had to return it.

Installed battery--instrument started running and continued running in the "off" and "on" position.
I had to remove the batteries to stop it. I am returning the product to the Edgewater NJ store.

I was looking for a manicure set that is easy to use. This one is. The tips are quickly and easily removed and exchanged. The only tip that worked somewhat well was the cone shaped one to remove cuticles. The two tips for shaping the nails stop as soon as you touch the nails. The battery operated device (2 AA batteries) is not strong enough to work on nails. I will return this and buy something stronger.
