i love this balm! My hair is very damaged from coloring and heat styling. After I get out of the shower while my hair is still damp I run a quarter sized amount of this from roots to the tips with my fingers and blow dry. It has tiny little flecks of gold glitter in it that adds a nice sheen to my blonde hair and seems to really help control the frizz. However I have tried it on dry hair and found it did not absorb into my hair vary well and it looked matted, so I only use when my hair is damp. Overall a great product that seems to be giving my bedraggled hair a much needed beauty boost.

Adds lots of shine, doesn't weigh hair down at all (although I use mainly on the bottom half of my long hair). Doesn't completely get rid of the "frizziness" where the most damaged parts of my hair are, but overall a really nice product for fine blonde hair. As always with Alterna products, wish it weren't so expensive.
