i have very mild rosacea with super senstive, reactive skin. i would use this product at night after washing. it was too heavy to use under makeup, wasn't a great moisturizer, and a little oily or sticky feeling. but it did help redness and didn't seem to irritate my skin.

Have tried Skinceuticals anti-redness-$60, amoung countless others including International Rosacea Society recommendations. Have never gotten rid of redness and small pustules but this stuff worked within 3 days. I do not have severe rosacea but have a lot of redness and few small pustules. Every time I try something new, it seems to exacerbate one or the other. Not this stuff. It works for me.

I use it every night before I go to bed, it's very gentle on my skin and it really did minimize the redness in my skin only after a week. I will definitely buy this product again.

I have very reactive skin and periodic Rosacea. This product soothes my inflamed skin. It slso seems to prevent flare ups of my Rosacea. This is my opinion, not a scientific study.

I only use this product once a day and have bee using it for about 2 weeks now. I apply if under my makeup. The redness in my face appears to be diminishing evening out my skin tone somewhat.

I have nothing bad to say about this product.When I started using this product, I even hated to go out in public my shin was blouchy red, dry and peeling.I was getting desperate when I went to Ulta to see what they would recommend because nothing was giving me relief. The night manager recommended that I try this line. Within 48 hours the improvement was very dramatic. I can't say enough good things about these products. Thanks Ulta for your knowagable staff.

I use this morning and night on my cheeks to help with rosacea. It is moisturizing but not greasy, keeps skin smooth all day. Certain triggers still make my face red and hot but I do think this helps.
