My hair is thin and fairly straight but flips out at the bottom when it dries naturally. So I use a straightener for obvious reasons. This particular one works great. It doesn't snag my hair, it heats up quickly, and has multiple settings depending on how hot I want it to get. I use this in combination with my new Hot Tools blow dryer and my hair comes out amazing

I bought this from Ulta just two weeks ago, and it will no longer heat up. I am beginning to think that Ulta has a problem with selling defective hair tools. This is the second one I have bought from Ulta that did not work.
