I have never whitened my teethe before and so I had been pretty skeptical about these working. But I read many reviews on this product before I used it and everything people are saying about it are true. I saw a noticable difference in the first use and it just got better from there. The only thing is that next time I will use these every other day because they hurt my gums a bit AND made my teether sensitive. But the whitening effect was amazing.

It's a great product, and works well, but make sure you have the time as it can be harder to talk clearly or workout due to changes in moisture in your mouth. I put mine in in the morning after breakfast and wear it on my commute.

I haven't used whitening strips in several years, but one of the big improvements is that these suckers stick on MUCH better now! I was very pleased with the results. The results weren't FANTASTIC, but my teeth are definitely whiter and brighter. The only negative is that I fould them to be uncomfortable to wear...That's the only way I can describe it. They didn't hurt or tingle or anything, I just wanted them OFF. The 2 hours felt like a lifetime. That's the only reason why I gave them 4/5 instead of 5/5. If I were to do it again I would probably go for the ones you wear for 30 minutes for 20 days, just because they were uncomfortable.

A little whole back I bought the 30 minute strips and saw no change in my teeth. I really felt like they were a total waste of money. These on the other hand really work. I noticed a change after the first use. They do make my teeth super sensitive so I'm doing them every other day instead of every day. 2 hours is a time commitment and they are expensive, but they really work so it's worth it!!

I've only used 3 strips so far because my teeth are very sensitive. These strips do intensefy my sensitivity incredibley. My dentist suggested a desensitsing toothpaste and it does help. I also skip a day in between uses to let my teeth recover. So far I love the whitening of my teeth. I notices a dramatic change after the very first use! If I could buy this product over and over I would but the directions say to only use it once a year.
