The controls are the worst designed of any dryers I've had. It's impossible to hold it without the c ontrols clicking and changing the settings. I will be returning it.

The only problem is that the on and off and high, medium and low buttons are postiton in the wrong place so you change settings without wanting to.

I am so excited about this hair dryer. It took my hair drying routine down from 10 minutes to 6. That may not sound like a big deal but it is WONDERFUL when I'm trying to hurry and get ready early in the morning. It does go from warm to cool randomly as I'm drying, but it still gets the job done.

This does dry my hair fast, but I don't like it. It is big and clunky. The buttons are hard to manage: you have to wrap your hand around the buttons to hold it. And the cool air button is right where you would want to put your hand. I have average hands, not too big or small. I just don't like this dryer because of the buttons placement and the weird diffuser, which is just a pick.
