I am pretty disappointed in this stick. I purchased the Loud color from Ulta and am regretting spending money on this. I applied it to my eyelids and a minute later it was all moving to the crease of my eyelid. Yes, moving, as in all the pigment in my crease, less and less by my lashes. I later tried first applying Urban Decay primer (which works amazingly with my powder eye shadows) and a minute later, it was all crease again. I saw no difference.
In the description, it says:
Vibrant transparent color (YES! Transparent is the key word!)
Provides wet gloss look (I could do better with a $2 lipgloss!!!!)
Long wearing (NOT AT ALL)
Comfortable to wear all day (If you like your eyelids feeling gooey.)
Can be used as eyeliner or eyeshadow (Nope, if you line your lids with this, it will turn into eyeshadow.)
Ophthalmologist tested (Did they even try it on?)

Very glossy, i like to use it on its own as a thick upper liner. Looks fresh and makes your eye look awake and shiny (i have the pink/coral one)

I use this on the center of my eyelid to give a bright, gold glow. It gives a nice awake appearance without being glittery.

Goes on smoothly and gives perfect defintion -the color is a nice patent leather look, however it rubs off very easily and does not stay on longer than a few minutes. Forget it, if its a hot day out

I use this to bring light to the inside of both eyes by the
bridge of my nose in an "V" or "L" shape right at the very
corner. I use the pencil to apply then smudge it up a little.
Perfect!!!

amazing eye effect. Recommend to use on top of a eye shadow primer for all day wear and no creasing. very beautiful effect.

I thought I'd try this so I bought Pop and the color is delicious, but the consistency is way, way, way too glossy and gel-like. I really don't know what you're supposed to do with these - the colors and consistency are too light and transparent on their own so I'm using as a highlighter over darker colors.
