I use the product everytime I blow dry my hair. Works great for adding volume at the roots. Also, helps with volume the following day, pair it with a little dry shampoo and you have great hair for at least 2 days!

If you follow the instructions, including how far to spray this from your head - it works. If you don't know how volumizing works, and expect no 'product' to actually be there, you don't know how volume is built.
To build sustainable volume, you need to either backcomb (which builds hair up under your hair) or use a product that places product in your hair to lift.
This stuff does that, but there are those that complain it leaves a residue (though it is not 'visible' to the naked eye). To that I say, well...duh. Your hair needs something to hold it 'up.' It isn't an unnecessary buildup, but a necessary one to give me volume. Just know that you wont' be running your fingers through your roots as easily as without - but...neither would you if you teased your hair.
This is natural looking, without the harsh teasing...and you can get as big or as little of a result as you want.
I also use this in combination with their dry volumizing shampoo in the off days that I don't want to wash.

I have oily roots that can leave my hair looking flat by noon (even though I have thick hair!), but this product helps keep my hair from looking limp and boring. Also, the bottle is huge and will last you ages -- even with daily use.
