I've had the Clarisonic for almost a year now. It has helped my face clear up immensely and has allowed me to stop using those commercial strength crazy acne cleansers! Unfortunately, I've suffered from bacne forever and because of a shoulder injury it was too hard to use it on my back. I've thought of duck taping it to a spatula or wooden spoon in order to use the Clarisonic on my back, and then I saw this!! So happy that I can finally use this to help my back now! It's already helping and I've only had it for about a month.
The only thing I would improve isn't about the back brush extender. I would make the body brush head a little larger with longer bristles so it would glide easier along the back.

I developed mild, but embarrassing acne on my back in my mid 20's and I have struggled to keep it under control for the last 2-3 years. I've used clarisonic for approximately 2 years and it's been fabulous on my face, but I had difficulty reaching my back. I purchased the extender brush about 3 weeks ago and my back is acne free for the first time in years!! Even my husband was shocked! So happy I can finally comfortably reach my back due to the extender brush!!
