I bought this about 2 weeks ago. I have microbraids but my own hair is natural and has been for more than 10 yrs. But since I will have my braids re-done soon, I wanted to make it easier when I take them out as well as for when the go back in as my hair is extremely kinky. Usually when it is time to get it re-done, there is alot of my natural hair popping out of the braids which looks course and unruly. So I just used the kit this morning and definitely notice a difference. My hair even thought it is still braided, is smoother than usual. So when I actually take my braids out, I really expect good results. I have alot of thin hair. I think if you have thicker hair, it may be little more work to get the smooth/straight results desired.

This product really improved the overall health of my damaged hair due to perms. I have mixed hair. I have cut most of the perm from my hair and use this product whenever I want to straighten my hair. My goal is to finish cutting out the last 2 inches of the what is left of the perm to be 100% natural. This product helped me to reach the decision not to perm again.
Chocolat Smoothing really works good for me. This is my second kit. I must say that I am completly devoted to this product. I would recommend everyone to try it if you have some hair issues you need to resolve. You won't be dissapointed!

I love the shampoo and conditioner, I haven't used the blow dry serum yet. It smells wonderful, but a warning the smell is pretty strong, but I'm a fan.
My hair is smooth after using it, it's not STRAIGHT it is SMOOTH. so less frizz and less fly aways.
For smoother and more noticeable softness get some argon oil and rub between your hands and just run and scrunch throughout your damp hair.

Heard raves from some about the Chocolat Smoothing Blow Dry Cream. I don't chemically process my hair and wear it natural, but always, systematically, blow dry after shampoo. I've mastered the art of straightening my hair with the dryer and a comb attachment. Anywho, I thought the blow dryer cream would help/better the process. It didn't. It made my hair sticky, wooly and rough. The shampoo and conditioner were okay.
