I've recently added this to my skin care routine. I'm finding that my skin is now a bit fragile do to aging and over sun exposure in my youth so I am always looking for a lotion to fit my changing skin needs. This definitely fits the bill. It goes on nicely, smells great and for me lasts longer than any of the other Aveeno lotions that I've used before. I'm not sure about the strengthening the skin part yet as I've only been using it for a couple months and not exclusively.

I use this in conjuction with the exzema therapy cream, when I feel my damaged skin from itching from the exzema has cleared up I use this product, also to help with the healing process of restorying my skin back to a healthy state, it's an ongoing process when u have eczema.

I use the product after showering or anytime I feel the need for some moisture. I especially like the way it feels on my arms where mey skin has gotten thin and tears easily. Not sure yet if it actually makes my skin stronger or not but it certainly seems to make my skin feel better

I use it right after shower to hold in moisture. My legs still felt soft the next day, but not greasy. I'm not sure that my skin feels stronger, so I might try the skin firming version next. Generally a very good product.
