I've heard great reviews from this product online so when I saw it in stores I had to try it. For as cheap as it is (compared to department store cosmetics) It is a great mascara. Will definetly be trying other formulas from this brand.

I love this mascara! It adds great volume and is an all around good quality mascara that is completely water proof. Although it seems to clump and cause your lashes to stick together if you apply to much.

Does not go no easily. Clumps. EXTREMELY hard to remove. Makes lashes darker but does not lengthen.

For the price you really can't beat it. Great deep black color and applies really nice. Love that Essence is cruelty free!!! Only drawback is it tends to flake a bit after a few hours but I have found if I apply a thin coat of clear mascara at the end it takes care of the issue.

This mascara thickens and separates your lashes while giving you BIG lashes. However, since the product is waterproof, it drys and clumps very fast.This means that you can typically only put on one coat of mascara for a nice, smooth look rather than the dry and clumpy/brittle look. The brush is pretty huge and is one of the best mascara brushes I have ever used. If the formula was not waterproof, this mascara would be my HG.

I have never found a mascara that doesn't smudge under my eyes. I have bought much more expensive brands that were very inferior. This one does a pretty good job for a great price. I do get a little smudge by the end of the work day - but best I have found - especially at this price-for quite some time.

I love the way this mascara works but it still smudges easily (but I'm yet to find a mascara that doesn't) and it is hard to get off. For the price this stuff is amazing!

This is a great volumizing mascara, but it doesn't seem to agree with my eyes and constantly makes them burn. Its a great product overall but I don't know that I will be repurchasing.
