I have thick , frizzy, curly hair and bought this for an outdoor wedding in June. I straightened my hair and applied this liberally. After about 2 hours my hair had expanded and my hair started to curl in some spots. Very disappointed because I really needed it work. Needless to say by the end of the evening I had to put my hair in a bun.

It holds down the fly a ways immediately and I have control then to shape my hair the way I want to. This is my second can of Frizz Defy. I use it after my hair is finished for protection and to get the few extras on the very top to be tame.

A little pricy, but well worth every penny! Controls curly/wavy hair (without being stiff, sticky, or crunchy even in South Alabama humidity, has a light, very pleasant fragrance, and does not fry out hair or scalp.
