I had breast augmentation surgery and I have big, raised scars under my armpits - so raised it makes it extremely difficult, if not impossible, to shave my armpits, wear deoderant, etc. I was told to use some really expensive grade silicone gel (brand started with a "B") that was only available from my dr.'s office. I looked and the ingredients were the same in this and that more expensive topical silicone. So far, so good. I can buy this over the counter and it seems to be the best one out there.

I bought this to use on a red puffy scar left by scratching an area of skin that was treated with laser tattoo removal. After only a week of using the Kelo-cote gel, I noticed a signifigant reduction in redness. I will continue to use this product throughout my laser treatments.

After a recent surgery to remove a melanoma on my right cheek, the surgeon recommended this product to reduce the scar and the help with healing.
