this works really well once you figure out that the loop really does hold well agst the stick. I was too nervous the first few times to trust it. I dont really know anything about updos so I just pulled my hair every-which-away and updo held firm.

I thought this would be a great product to do something different with my hair than a standard pony tail. However, it will not work in fine hair. My hair falls down right after I release my hands!

I love this updo stick! I was worried at first because not a lot of things hold my hair because it's so clean, this tool stays in my hair and holds it and doesn't really slip out at all if done right. Would buy again!
