Use every time that I wash my hair. It's very good (for me) and the best is that you only use a very small amount!!
I BOUGHT A SAMPLE SIZE OF THE CONDITIONER AS I CAN NEVER ADD CONDITIONER TO MY FINE, THIN HAIR. I NOW USE THIS EVERY MORNING (A SMALL AMOUNT) AND IT DOES NOT WEIGH MY HAIR DOWN. I LOVE BOTH THE SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER. EXPENSIVE BUT YOU USE SUCH A SMALL AMOUNT OF THE SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER THAT IT WILL LAST A LONG TIME.
