Pureology is one of those brands I thought was too expensive for me. However, after I had a bad highlight & hair cut I decided to purcahse the shampoo/conditioner liters. My hair is extremely thick but baby fine hair. I have learned that permanent chemicals are not good for my hair.
Pureology's quality is wonderful. It repairs the hair strands and replenishes the moisture from damage. The ingrediest work well together to give hair the TLC that is needed to help bring it back. If you can, let your hair either completely air-dry or 80% when not going anywhere and the shampoo and conditioner really can work it's magic then. My hair is soft and feels great!

Now that I'm over 40, my hair is a little dryer and I'm coloring it more often. I decided to try a sulfate free shampoo. I did some research and found Pureology to get consistanly good reviews so I tried it. I like it so far but I've only been using it for a week. I can't really see any dramatic differance in my hair yet but I've been using sulfate shampoos for 40 years so I know it will take time to see any true results of healthier hair and longer lasting color. The only draw back to the product is the price. I like it but surely there is a less expensive and still good quality sulfate free shampoo on the market. I'll finish this bottle of shampoo and continue my seach.
