I tried using this product a couple times and it is very dry. Yes, it still had the manufacturers seal, but seems to be already dried out.

The mascara does not run, which is great, but I have difficulty taking it off. The brush is good, it could separate a little better. Overall a good product. I would use it again.

I love this mascara! I do not wear anything except waterproof mascara as I never know when I might cry. I really like the formula and the brush. My only complaint is the formula is so wet that is takes a while to dry after applied. So transferring to your skin from blinking is something you have to watch out for. But the upside to that is that you don't have to worry about the mascara drying out!
