I was looking for the gel liner but when couldn't find that I settled on the noir pencil (I like the pencils that don't need to be sharpened). It was easy to apply but it started smudging and running almost immediately. Definitely not good for all day wear.

I am always on the lookout for eyeliner that goes on easily, and doesn't run. Nyx liner covers all of that. It is the best eyeliner that I have used. It does not run, it goes on easily, and comes off easily at the end of the day. I will always purchase this product.

This irritates your eyes if you tear up at all and you look like a raccoon in the morning if you forget to take your make up off at night, but I think they all do that
