I was using this shampoo and the corresponding conditioner for quite some time. I have very curly, fuzzy hair and thought it was cool to find an inexpensive shampoo that was free of sulfates and free of supposedly anything that would weigh my hair down.
I kept ignoring the fact that my hair had such a gunky residue, especially at the roots. I thought maybe it was from my styling products. My hair never felt clean. Finally, I decided to try a different shampoo and conditioner, and lo and behold, my hair is now clean and yet still moisturized.
To sum up succinctly, this shampoo is horrible.

I love how well this product lathers. I read that sulfates are what make normal shampoo lather, so when I first used it, I used way too much because I thought it would be enough. I use the normal amount for my hair and works great! It has a nice coconut cream smell and seems to be gentle. I bought this in hopes it would help prevent breakouts on my face. I've only been using it a week so no visible results yet!

I made the mistake a month ago of trying to dye my hair a bright cooper over a very dark brown. Not good! My hairdresser used perm solution to remove the color since its not as harsh as bleach but it definitely changed my hair. I tried the expensive salon shampoos but nothing made it feel like before :( I tried this shampoo and conditioner on a whim, and bc it smells awesome, and I am in love!! My hair is super soft and amazing!! And I've only used it once. I dont think I will ever switch!!!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
