  • Sea Kelp Extracts: Vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes present in seaweeds, are potent antioxidants help to heal and rejuvenate skin.       I use this toner everyday when i get out of the shower, and I love it! It doesn't have a chemically smell like other toners and it does not dry my skin out like other toners that I have used.
