I've been using Redken curling cream for almost a year and thought no product could come close, but this is better! This cream is just thick enough to cover your hair without weighing it down. And when used with the DevaCurl AnGel gel??! Oh man, curls always look fabulous! No frizz-just enough control. Plus the pump (to me) helps control how much I use. Never switching to anything else.

I have curly coarse hair. Its a great product to control the frizz. A little goes a long way. It you use to much it will be greasy and heavy.

I have curly hair and hate using mousse. I like to have volume in my curls, but hate the hard crunchiness of most curl products. A stylist at my Ulta suggested this product to me and I was apprehensive because of the cost, but it works great! I can instantly feel volume and see curl in my hair when it is wet. If I let my hair air dry it will form great curls and if I use a defuser with this product the volume and curl is great as well. I love the beachy natural look it gives my hair and the curls will last if I use this product one day, the next day I will just spritz my hair with water and re blow dry with my defuser without adding any more product my hair holds great curl. Love this product and I will re purchase

I was looking for a new curl styling product that is not tested on animals. After looking on the website, I had several products in mind when I got to the store. The clerk steered me towards the more expensive Devacurl, but I figured since the product line specializes in curly hair, it was probably my best bet. I tried it for a week and I have now thrown the thing in the trash! It is strangely heavy, almost "soapy" feeling, and I found that it actually weighs down my soft, fine curls and makes my hair appear straighter by the end of the day. The worst part is the build-up. I had to use a strong clarifying shampoo twice just to get most of it out of my hair. Perhaps this product works on thick, coarse curls, but it was just awful for me! Because of this experience, I am hesitant to try any other Devacurl products, though I realize they might work well. I am not willing to take the chance, since the products are pricey, and this one was a total waste of money.

I love this product because I can use it daily after just wetting my hair. It never makes my hair sticky or stiff and it controls the curls. My hair also looks much thicker after use. I will continue to buy.

I thought I had finally found the perfect styling aid with this product. It works well to define my waves & curls over many days. Unfortunately, the fragrance in this product is so excessive and unappealing - honestly it reeks of lime and coconut which does not dissapate with time and makes it impossible for me to continue to use. Very disappointing. Deva would do well to decrease the fragrance in it's entire line. Most of us do not care to have our fragrances come from excessively fragranced hair products.

I tried this after watching a few YouTube videos. It is great! Great moisturizer and hair is soft and moving. It doesn't tame frizz well, but I use this under gel.

I use it after a couple of minutes of letting my hair sit in up in a towel when I get out of the shower. I put a very small amount on my fingers and work it through. I even brush through once to distribute it better and it still gives me bouncy, shiny,frizz free curls.

If you don't like the hard crunch cast, this allows your hair to feel soft and natural. Use with plenty of water on your head. When you are out of the shower you can scrunch your hair with a microfiber towel to take out some of the wetness. I air dry my hair and it comes out wonderful! I have kinky curly hair. I use all of the Deva Curl products and now I've added this product and I love it!
