I've been using this for just a few weeks but I can tell my hair is looking healthier and shinier too. I use a little bit on damp hair then blow dry and style, but I also use it on my dry hair to make the ends look better. I have thick, curly hair that I prefer to straighten and I only need a little bit (one pump) of this product for each use so I think it's going to last me quite a while.
