Every time I used it my face would end up extremely oily only an hour or so later and I would end up with large pimples around my face, and clogged pores.

This product didn't live up to any of the described specifications and actually made my skin and makeup application worse! I am a longtime lover of Almay Products but this primer is a disaster. Smell is awful and last all day, the lavender and green do nothing to blur imperfections, the primer is sticky and not smooth like others.It left my skin shiny and oily looking. The finish prevented my makeup from going on smoothly. I do better with nothing at all! I tried it a few times to no avail.

After using and being Merle Norman products kinda girl, my wallet finally screamed at me to leave it alone! So I decided to find a more wallet friendly alternative for a primer. So I tried this Almay primer and while the product itself I found works and is up to job, the smell was horrible! I noticed that throughout the day I would constantly smell something bad and realize it was my face! So all in all the product is wonderful and if you can stand the horrible smell that comes along with it then give it a try, but if you dont want to smell stinky, find another primer!

My skin has a reddish undertone to it, and this works really well in blending in and covering the redness. I will keep using this.

Loved it. Applied it before i applied my powder foundation, wasn't oily or anything. I used moisterizer before & I was always oily.

I returned this product after discovering that I'm not a fan of the mixed products. A one shade concealer is better for me.

I was looking forward to trying this product because I have some mild redness around my nose. I bought this and thought I got an old product because it smells like a cross between cat pee and corn chips. It is NOT good. I couldn't handle it around my nose with it being that stinky so I'm not sure how the product performs because I immediately removed it. My cat even jumped up on the bed to see what I had. She must've thought it was cat urine too! Apparently I'm not the only one with this problem based on other reviews.

I have skin that is prone to breakout and Almay doesn't seem irritate it. I wanted to try this to see if it would help even out and hide some skin discoloration. It doesn't do that (as it claims to), but it does make my skin feel smooth and soft, and it does help my makeup go on smoother.
