I typically always buy the Goody brand, because they are a very good material and very strong. My daughters have thick hair and one of them is in gymnastics. I threw this whole pack away after a couple of days of use. They just don't hold.

These are loose, not as tight as your typical hair tie. I have long hair and wear it up daily and I need something strong that won't lose it's elasticity within one use, and these do. They've been just good enough to get through a day or two. I won't buy them again. I'll go back to my target hair ties.

I found these next to more expensive hair bands and was thrilled that I could find the VS brand at ULTA! These bands are perfect - there's no joining seam to snag and tangle, just a smooth band with oodles of stretch but they hold my hair perfectly! I have extremely thick, long, wavy hair - most bands slip out or tangle in my hair and pull it out when I remove them...not this brand - it's perfect for me ....now, if I can just keep my cats from stealing them out of my bathroom drawer, I'll be happy.

works great, nice and tight as well as perfectly adjustable(elastic). Havent't lost them yet. One goes a long way.

These are terrible elastics. After one use they look frazzled and loose. They are less effective after that. Usually my hair ties last much much longer. I will never purchase these in the future.
