I originally purchased this because it's sulfate free, parben free, and silicone free. I wish I would have used the tester in store. It had a weird odor, and I had to return.

Great product. I have long curly hair and it works great to control frizz. I use it with a leave in conditioner. The price seems high for a small bottle but you don't use much. I use two pumps on wet hair and one on dry hair.

This is probably one of the worst hair products I've ever smelled, it's absolutely disgusting. It smells like rancid oil with fragrance. However, I LOVE the shine it gave my hair after I'd straightened it. Way better than any silicone based serum and it lasted all day. It's not as great on curly hair, but still worth using. The smell does eventually go away, but it's really strong initially. It's also really easy to use too much, just barely pressing the pump makes it spit out almost more than you need. It's the only product I've tried in this line that I would actually use again. Just wish it smelled better and wasn't so expensive.

This has been the only Devacurl product I have tried that I haven't liked. The smell of this is horrible and it left my hair looking limp and stringy with just a small use. I returned this product.

I tried this because of all the great reviews I read, however it just did not work for me. I usually don't wash my hair daily, I wash it every two-three days or so. I figured this product would be great to reform my curls. However it seemed to recurl some of them, but the rest of my hair is a frizzy mess. Also whenever I would touch my hair some of the product would come off on my hands. The smell is very strong at first, but then it does slowly wear off. If you still want to try this product, start off with just a little bit, it's very greasy. Also, just for reference, I have the botticelli type of curl and my hair is long and thick and can frizz.

I wanted a product to bring out the curl and add some body to my thin, dried out hair. It certainly brought out the curl but left my hair with a greasy, tacky film on it. This may be totally okay with people who use pommade or styling creams but I didn't like it. It's also highly possible that I used a little too much. Nonetheless, I didn't care for this product.

I use many Deva Curl products. Like them all. However, using Mirror Curls at the end of styling keeps my curls defined and frizz free.
