I have thick dry hair and I do not have to use a cream rinse or conditioner with this shampoo. It is so gentle. I can comb my hair right after washing it with this product. I am now a regular buyer of this shampoo, this was my third bottle. This is it for me:-)This shampoo is the best.

I wash my color-treated hair every other day and this shampoo is great. It was my club "freebie" and I like it so much, especially the smell that I am going to purchase the conditioner and will gladly pay the $14.99 for the shampoo when I need more.

Tried this product as I had a 'reward' at Ulta and this was one of the categories. The shampoo lathers well and seems to clean well - it does not 'strip' my hair like some other shampoos do. I would consider buying it again.
Just an FYI - I typically use Goldwell products, and this was comparable for me.
