Comments about Panasonic Close Curves Wet/Dry Ladies Shaver:
I think this is a great shaver for the price. I have never used it wet, but have been using it dry for over a year now. It gets a really close shave and leaves my skin feeling smooth. You have to go over it a few times but it is still 10x faster than a manual razor.
I don't understand why it has negative reviews. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat if I needed to.

Comments about Panasonic Close Curves Wet/Dry Ladies Shaver:
It says its wet/dry. But did not seem to work well on wet skin, best for dry skin. Dont know why some ladies wrote really bad reviews on this shaver, its actually not bad at all, lot better than many other expensive ones i tried before.
On some areas like legs it requires back and forth motion to get the shave perfect, which the manual refers to. May be some of the reviewers didnt try it that way. on hands, it works great with just one stroke. My legs have thick long hair and also my underarms, so these require back and forth motion with small strokes while shaving.
Keep it at 90 degrees on skin as suggested in the manual. If hair has grown too long, use the extended shaver(trimmer) to trim first, not touching the skin and then shave. If long hair is directly shaved, it does pinch and that hurts.
Another good thing about this shaver which makes it better than many other shavers is that it does not cut at all, i dont see a way it would cause any cuts.
Its easy to use and also to clean, use the brush given with the shaver to clean the inner part and just wash the upper head with hand soap and water once in a while. Reading manual before use does help.
Its handy, but a little loud. Does get louder as the time goes by. I switch on my vent fan before i use it in the bathroom ;)
Leaves skin smooth after shave, unlike other shavers.I sometimes use it on my neck and chin too - thats works well too. While working on these areas i dont press it on my skin too hard - i just let it touch my skin, it gives a closer shave that way.
Definitely worth a try, it cuts really close - closer than the 40$ panasonic one - which is more expensive than this one.
Have recommended this to many of my friends and they all seemed to like them.

Comments about Panasonic Close Curves Wet/Dry Ladies Shaver:
I like the pop up trimmer. It is good for longer pieces of hair, but it does pull a bit if the hair is too long. Gives a clean, close shave, though.
