I have dry sensitive skin. I planned on getting this to use once the hot humid summer gets here but once I tried it, WOW, is now my go to foundation and all I use. I gave away my other foundations. I use my Real Techniques Expert Face Brush to apply but a flat sponge also works very well. For me anyone, this works better than my fingers.
A tip, use very little, a little goes a very long way so go easy.
I LOVE this, so natural looking while still providing a very nice coverage, so much so I don't need my concealer.
I do have fair skin, am a fair medium if this helps. Highly recommend this.

I ordered this product on the suggestions of other reviewers. However, when I tried it on over my Olay base, it clumped up instead of going on smoothly. I tried it alone also and it still clumped up on my skin. Although I love my other Olay products, this one is a no go.
