I had really high hope for this product after reading a lot lf great reviews. When i opened the bottle, the smell was SO strong! Its kinda like alcohol and nail polish remover mixed in one... I used it the first night and once it dried it forms a thin layer of product (it really cant be worn under makeup as ot peels of easily). By the third day of using it i started to breakout a bit:/ im going to keep using it to see if it really is the treatment that causing me to breakout and im hoping to see better results

So this product is amazing. I am 29 and for whatever reason, I started breaking out like a teenage (or worse)! I was panicking and my skin was bad...BAD! I went to Ulta and purchased this along with some other products in hopes of a miracle. That is pretty much what I got. I do have sensitive skin and normally dry out from lots of acne treatment products but not this one. I use it in the morning after I wash my face if I have some time before going somewhere and I also put it on at night and leave it on. Yes, it peels off but I believe that means it's working & peeling off dead skin. NO...it can't be worn under make-up, it will just peel and be noticeably peeling like you have a sunburn. I didn't even try it, I just know this is what would happen. It doesn't smell the best but you get used to it and learn not to care because it works. Someone wrote it "burns like a mother" on open acne...and YES, it does!!! But it works and I love it!
Also, I use it after I've done Reviva Labs Light Skin Peel and they work nicely together without drying out my skin.

I've been using this a week. It seems to be improving my acne scars, but cannot see how anyone could use this under makeup. It also helps to as a spot dryer for active pimples too.

I've had bad acne and scarring since I was 15 and I'm 18 now, it didn't clear my scars nor my acne, I'm not sure what else to use but it didn't work for me but I know everyone has different skin types and it doesn't all work for everyone it's really good at drying skin out but it smells like 10 times worse than nail polish remover but i'd say it dries the skin out and you can't put makeup over it because it starts to peel off mostly right aways after it dries.

This product just flaked off. I tried applying it more thickly and it still peeled off. Looked like chunks of sunburn peelings were all over my face. I returned it.

I usually use this product at night when i go to sleep because it peels off really easily. So i don't recommend anyone to use this during the day, especially not under make up.
Its a gradual process, but it really does lighten acne scars. It's not going to drastically change anything by the next day, but you'll see the progress the more you use it.
The one thing I can't stand about the product is the bad smell. But I soon got use to it the more days I used the product.

I use this product at night over acne scars and also new break-outs. It has helped significantly in healing scars, and it also aids in drying pimples before they become unsightly. I would not use it during the day because it tends to leave a residue where it is placed, but that is because I think it is actually helping the problem.
