When I wash my hair, I use this product after the second wash and rinse. I leave it in my hair for a few minutes, then rinse good. It is so easy! My hair melts into my hands when I rinse my hair. I can run my fingers through my hair with not tangleing. Wonderful product. It is so easy to use.... Love it.......... Thanks for asking.

Not sure how well this works for damaged hair, as my hair was not damaged when I bought this. Once a week I deep condition my hair and was almost out of my usual deep conditioner and wanted to try something new. This does work well as far as making the hair soft while preserving color. Happy with it thus far.
