Received this dryer as a gift from my mom after she raved about her own for a few months. I have thick, naturally wavy hair that takes ages to dry, and while it only cut my drying time down by about 5 minutes (it cut my mom's down by half, as she has thin, short, straight hair), it DID cut down my styling time because my hair comes out sleek and smooth when using this dryer--no flat iron required.
HOWEVER-for all the great things I have to say about this dryer, the quality is just not there. My mom's own dryer broke about two weeks after she passed the one year mark. Mine just did the same, only it's been just a week past the one year mark. Both dryers broke in the same manner--make a loud popping noise (looks like a piece of the fan breaks off?), then starts smoking. To be fair, the company will replace the dryer when it breaks... if you happen to keep your receipt more than a year past the purchase date.

Beauty Advisor recommended this product in comaparison to my current blow dryer (Sedu 4000i). No comparison! Bought the T3 and it was Terrible!!! Felt like dryer was going to break and nozzle was way too long. Returned product and went back to purchase my Sedu 4000i. Even though T3 was less expensive than my Sedu, I don't regret paying the extra money on a better quality dryer like the Sedu.

I really like this hair dryer , it does what it says, dries quickly, leaves little to no frizz, styles wonderfully. My hair is thick, past shoulders with wave/curls, I love the way my hair looks and feels using this dryer. Now the downfall, a hair dryer should last for years, at least that is my experience, but this broke twice on me, first time lasted 4 mo, second time, about a month, same issue on both, rattling sound inside dryer as if something just broke. I am extremely good at taking care of my beauty items so this was of no fault of mine. Now, on this matter, I must say T3 Customer Service is quick, they request email and they respond within hours. Because I was still under warranty they sent me another, I think the first was refurbished (just guessing) it did not come in the regular box, second did, so I am assuming this one is new. I really hope these breaks were flukes, if I go round 3 I will be livid! For now I am happy, but only had 2nd one back a week. I hope it meets my expectations because the hair dryer itself really is a good one..I can deal with button issues, I've figured how to use where it isn't a problem for me, the dryer itself is remarkable when it works! Because I really like the my hair using this dryer, 3 1/2 (4)stars, 2 off for each break.
