Great overall medium coarse file that should work well for most folks with healthy nails and resonably priced. My nails are not so strong and this turned out to too rough on my finger nails. I used it to buff/smoothe my toenails.

I really like this nail file. Its not flemzy and it seems like it will last a while and not break or bend like your ordinary nail files.
