I like the 2 sides. One sloughs off the callous and the other smoothes it. I wouldn't use it on your hands tho. The skin there is to tender. My heels have never been so smooth

Perfect for hanging in the shower to rub across your heels every morning. I have very rough heels and this cut through the current stuff and is preventing the new stuff from forming. I think this would chip easily if you banged it around, but I can see this lasting a long time hanging from my shower caddy.

Use this daily on an area that calluses tend to get. This is my 3rd stone to purchase. Use for 6 months, and get another. Use 2-3 times a week on heels, and other areas after I use a foot scrub. Then cream. Nice smooth feet. Love it!
