I have noticed blackheads around my nose since I turned 50 and wanted to get rid of them. They were pretty bad but each time I use this my skin gets a little better. There are markedly less blackheads now since I've stared using this product. It's not all that harsh. I've used both the sensitive skin one and this one and I prefer this one. But if you chafe or have very sensitive skin you may want to start with the other one first to see how you react.

I love this product so far, i have had it for 2 weeks and makes my skin feel so soft. I have some dark spots and i think i can see it getting lighter. Not as effective as Rx but I have not use Rx strength right now so VERY Awesome for me while i am pregnant!

I loved that this stuff was all natural and was not a harsh scrub. However, I can't say my skin was shockingly smooth after I used it. I used it a couple more times and just wasn't impressed with its performance. My face felt more smooth after using a gentle scrub.
I didn't use it that long so maybe after a while you would see a difference, but for fifty dollars, I would prefer something that worked better.

I was looking for an exfoliator but bought this peel after reading the other reviews. I have only used it twice but so far I really like it. The salesperson suggested I try the sensitive version 1st (since I received a small travel size with my purchase) because he said he had a lot tingling and turned red. I haven't felt either. It leaves my face smooth and it did not flake after. Smell is not appealing but I can handle a little stink for a great result. We'll see what happens after a month of it.
