Moisturizes, the only con, and the reason why I gave it only 3 stars is because of the smell. It's probably not a problem for most people, but it smells strongly of roses, and I absolutely hate it. Otherwise it's a good product.

A mid afternoon spritz with this is such a great pick me up. It smells great, but is light and not overwhelming. I am addicted to the scent. It adds dewey moisture to the complextion.
