This product did not work at all for me. It was difficult attempting to create the ponytail look as well as a neat bun and neither held well. I have very thin, fine chest-length hair so I assumed that it would be easy to get the clamp all around the hair and just clamp it down. It barely fit around my tiny bun. I would not recommend this product, HOWEVER, different hair types may use this product better.

It just doesnt work. I tried it exactly the way its mentioned in the instructions, but it doesnt sit properly even when I have just put it on.

I would not recommend this to someone with thick hair. The label shows a model using this item to hold her hair in a ponytail. I read the directions and tried it in my hair. It slid off after just a few minutes. Maybe it is not meant to hold thick hair.

I love this product. The reason that it seems that no one likes this product is because they don't read the instructions. You have to put it around your ponytail holder when your hair is up in a ponytail. it looks great! i have super thick hair and it expands enough and just closes over my hair for an original/unique look!
